America’s Got Talent Superstars Live takes place at the Luxor Hotel. It’s in a huge theater that makes you feel like you’re at the actual TV show!
The first time I saw the production, I sat in the back and instantly regretted it. I was just too far away. So the next time I went, I upgraded my tickets, and that made all the difference.
So in this guide, I’ll show you photos of the theater and the view from different sections. And then, I’ll give my seating recommendations to help you pick the best seats for your budget.

About The Luxor Theater
The Luxor Theater is massive and beautiful, with plush velvet chairs. It has roughly 1,465 seats – one of the biggest theaters I’ve been in for a Las Vegas show.
Thanks to the stadium-style seating, everyone will have a view. But that doesn’t mean that all seats are good. For instance, it may be hard for guests on the upper level to see what’s happening because of how far away they are.
There are two screens on either side of the stage, though, which you can look at to see the performances up close. But if you don’t want to watch the show on a screen, getting tickets closer to the performers is worth it.
Seating Chart
Inside the Luxor Theater, there are two levels – upper and lower. The lower level has three sections (101, 102, and 103).
And the upper level has five (201, 202, 203, 204, and 205). But sections 201 and 205 aren’t often sold for the America’s Got Talent Las Vegas show.
The lower level also has the highest-priced ticket categories (A, B, and C) since these seats are closest to the stage.
If you’re looking for the lowest prices, the upper level is where you’ll want to buy. Most seats there are category D and E tickets.
- Category A: $$$$$
- Category B: $$$$
- Category C: $$$
- Category D: $$
- Category E: $
America’s Got Talent Seating Options
Before I get into my America’s Got Talent seating recommendations, I want to show you some pictures of the upper and lower levels.
These will give you an idea of the theater’s size and just how many seats there are. I hope they will help you to better select tickets that work for your budget and the view you’re after.
Lower Level
The photo below shows the lower level of the Luxor Theater. I took this picture from the back of section 103. While you can see a few seats in 103, the photo mostly shows chairs in sections 102 and 101.
I took this next photo from row K of section 102. The line of sight here is looking toward 101:
Upper Level
The following photo is from the walkway between the upper and lower levels. You can see the left side of section 204 in the middle of the picture and part of 205 on the left:
And this photo mostly shows chairs in section 203, but 202 can also be seen in the distance:
Best Seats For The Las Vegas Show
Seats in the front center of the America’s Got Talent theater (section 102) are my favorite spots. And within this section, I’d say the best seating is in rows H through P.
These aren’t too close to the stage, but they’re still close enough that you’ll have an excellent view. And you won’t have to look at the screens on the right and left sides to watch the performers either.
If you want to be in the middle of a row, look for seat numbers nine to 15. When I went to the show, I got 13 and 14, and I thought these were great.
For instance, here’s the view of Duo Transcend’s performance from my chair (row K in 102). This photo is not zoomed in, so it gives you an idea of how big the Las Vegas stage is compared to the performers.
As you can see, row K isn’t super close, but it’s still an excellent vantage point. I wouldn’t have wanted to sit much further back than this as I thought these seats were perfect.
So if it’s within budget and there’s ticket availability, I’d try to sit in section 102 first. If not, I recommend getting seats close to the inner aisles in sections 101 or 103.
For example, the following photo shows the sightline from row P of 103 at about seat number 4. This is still a great view:
Best Value
If you don’t want to get a lower level ticket, my next choice is the first eight rows (AA to HH) in section 203 on the upper level.
These are category B, C, and D tickets. If you go much further back than this, it’ll be harder to see what’s happening on stage.

Conclusion
At both shows I went to, two America’s Got Talent stars went into the audience and interacted with guests on the upper and lower levels. So if you’re sitting toward the back, you may still see your favorites up close.
That said, because the theater is so big, I think it’s worth getting category A or B tickets.
But even if you’re looking at category C, D, or E tickets, I still recommend going because the Las Vegas show is a lot of fun. And they’ve really pulled out all the stops for Super Stars Live – there’s even a red carpet!
