Las Vegas Clubs New Year’s Eve: The Essential Guide

by Jenna Phillips · updated June 29, 2022
Our guide to the Las Vegas Clubs on New Years Eve

Here we go again! It’s hard to believe 2021 is almost over, and 2022 is already upon us. So if you haven’t decided on what to do for NYE yet, this Las Vegas Clubs’ New Year’s Eve guide is for you!

If you ask us, there’s no better way to ring in 2022 than at a Vegas nightclub. The energy is intense, the clubs are packed, and you’re sure to find someone to share in that midnight kiss. (If you’re not already coupled up.)

But navigating the nightclub scene can be rough. So that’s why we’re here to help you out. We’ve put together everything you need to know to ring in the New Year at a Vegas club!

Las Vegas Clubs Guide For New Year’s Eve

In this primer, you’ll learn:

  1. How to get inside a Vegas nightclub on New Year’s night
  2. How much tickets and bottle service cost at all Vegas nightclubs
  3. The DJ or performer at each club
  4. The nightclubs that offer the best New Year’s Eve ticket and bottle service deals
  5. Our club picks for bottle service on a budget
  6. The clubs that offer a prime viewing location of the fireworks show
  7. Our tips for a stress-free New Year’s Eve clubbing experience

Getting Inside A Club

There are only two ways to get inside a Las Vegas nightclub on New Year’s Eve – buy tickets or get bottle service.

Unlike other nights in Vegas, there won’t be any guest list reservations, as this is one of the busiest days of the year.

Tickets

Unless you’re purchasing table service, you’ll need to buy a ticket to get inside a club.

It’s a good idea to buy your ticket in advance as tickets for New Year’s sell out fast! Also, prices are known to go up as New Year’s approaches.

The best way to get a general admission ticket is to buy them directly from the club’s website before New Year’s Eve.

Waiting until NYE carries significant risks as the club may sell out. Or you may have to pay an astronomical price at the door.

But, if you must wait to get your ticket until New Year’s Eve night, then we recommend getting to the club before it opens. This will give you the best chance of making it inside.

Look for club tickets that offer open bars for a few hours or “bar cards” that give you a gift card for drinks.

These will save you money if you want an entry-only option and plan on purchasing drinks inside the club.

Entry May Not Be Guaranteed

Also, it’s worth pointing out that most clubs have an “arrive by” time for entry on New Year’s Eve. They list this time because they won’t let anyone else inside the venue once the club reaches capacity.

So even if you’ve purchased a ticket but you show up later than the “arrive by” time, you may not get in. It’s a good idea to check the fine print on your ticket, so you’ll know what time to arrive for guaranteed entry.

For your convenience, we’ve listed these times for each club below. Please note that times may be subject to change.

Bottle Service At Las Vegas Clubs On New Year’s Eve

If you’re getting bottle service at a club, then you won’t have to pay for a general admission ticket. (Your bottle service reservation gets you inside the club for free.)

But, keep in mind that the cost of table service during New Year’s isn’t inexpensive. For example, it’s often double the price of what you’d pay on any other day of the year. And bottle menu prices may be higher too.

On this night, the clubs strictly adhere to the maximum number of people allowed at each table. So, for instance, if you book a table at Hakkasan for eight guests, a host will likely only escort eight people into the club. Alternatively, the venue may increase the minimum spend or charge a cover to accommodate any extra guests.

Like general admission tickets, bottle service pricing goes up the closer it gets to New Year’s Eve. So, the sooner you book, the better the price.

It’s vital to pay for your bottle service reservation upfront or at least make a deposit. If you don’t, you may not have a table, or pricing could increase.

Where To Go: Vegas Nightclub NYE Summary

Listed below are all Las Vegas nightclub options for ringing in the new year. We’ve included the club open and arrive by times, DJs, performers, tickets, and table prices

To make picking out your NYE club even easier, we’ve also identified which clubs are offering the best deals.

Some clubs require mandatory coat checks (and charge a small fee). The coat check line can get long, so make sure you arrive early. You don’t want to miss the countdown standing in line!

Chateau Nightclub & Beer Park

Chateau Nightclub and Beer Park have teamed up for NYE 2022. These two venues are located next to each other at the Paris hotel, and you can get bottle service at either place.

From both spots, you’ll overlook Las Vegas Blvd., so you’ll have a view of the city’s famous fireworks show. You’ll also be able to see the Bellagio fountains!

Beer Park is a bar & grill that features party games, and it’s an excellent option if you’re looking for a nightclub alternative. There are both indoor and outdoor table options available here.

Chateau Nightclub offers a traditional nightclub experience. However, the club is all outside, so you’ll want to bring a coat with you. There are some heaters spread throughout, though, that will help to keep you warmer.

Additionally, at both Chateau and Beer Park, there’s bar stool seating available. These are great for smaller groups on a budget.

Best Clubs For Bottle Service On A Budget

If you want to get a table for New Year’s Eve without breaking the bank, check out On The Record or Chateau Nightclub.

Additionally, for a mid-range price point, you may want to consider Marquee or TAO.

Best Nightclubs To Watch The Fireworks

Chateau is a top club to watch the fireworks. You’ll get to see Caesars Palace’s fireworks and experience a show above you from the top of the Paris hotel.

Omnia and Marquee are also excellent choices for fireworks, but you can only see them from the patios.

Legacy Club At Circa Resort

Another option you may want to consider is the Legacy Club at Circa in downtown Las Vegas. With its “Sky High New Year’s Eve Celebration,” you’ll have a phenomenal view from the 60th floor. So you’ll get to see the fireworks shows from all over the valley!

There’s an inside and outside area too. And, of course, music to ring in the New Year. The Legacy Club is open from 10:00 pm until 1:00 am on NYE.

You can buy general admission tickets for $500 per person. Your ticket even includes a complimentary open bar! Seating for ticket holders is first come, first served, though. And most of the non-reserved seating is inside the venue. But you’re welcome to go outside to the terrace at any time.

Circa’s Legacy Club has couches and even fire pits available if you want a reserved table. So you’ll get to stay warm and cozy while watching the shows.

Tables are priced similar to a nightclub, with a bottle service minimum spend for each table. Booking a table is a fantastic option for larger groups as prices currently range from $3,000 – $6,000.

And after the fireworks show, you can head down to Fremont Street, where the party is sure to continue!

FlyOver Vegas: NYE Glamping Soirée

If going to a club isn’t your thing, but you still want to see the fireworks, you might want to check out Flyover Las Vegas.

With a ticket here, you’ll get to use FlyOver as your basecamp for the night. In addition, you’ll enjoy fast access to Las Vegas Blvd, as the venue is right across the street from Park MGM. And you’ll get an open bar and enjoy small bites at The Lost Cactus until 1:00 am.

Not to mention that you’ll have unlimited flight rides on Flyover’s Iceland and The Real Wild West. (These rides are a ton of fun! If you’ve been to Disneyland, it’s similar to Soarin’ Over California.)

Currently, tickets are $250 per person and also include a champagne toast to ring in 2022!

Tips For A Stress-Free New Year’s Eve Club Experience

  • On New Year’s Eve, The Strip closes early (usually 5 pm). This means that there won’t be any Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, or other cars allowed on Las Vegas Blvd. until it re-opens. If you want to arrive on The Strip after 5 pm, you’ll need to get to the hotels via their back entrances.
  • Almost always, Ubers and Lyfts are the transportation of choice. These offer the most competitive pricing. However, this may not be the case on New Year’s Eve, especially if you need to get somewhere during peak travel times. Check your apps for a cost estimate before confirming your pick-up. It may just pay to take a taxi instead.
  • If you take Uber or Lyft, make sure you’re at the pick-up location BEFORE calling for a ride. Rideshare services tend to cancel quickly on holidays if you’re not where you’re supposed to be.
  • Guard your purses and wallets if you’re walking on The Strip or even in the clubs. Holidays are notorious for theft, so keep a watchful eye, and you should be just fine.

Happy New Year!

*For VIP tables, all clubs charge approximately 38% on top of the minimum spend for the venue fee, tax, and tip. You’ll want to add this percentage to calculate the total amount you’ll pay.
